Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and the supply of goods by HB Health and Beauty Ltd, Unit 44K, Leyton Industrial Village, London, E10 7QP (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

We supply to licensed trade customers only — pharmacies, dispensing practices, hospitals, clinics, care providers, registered resellers and licensed importers. We do not supply to members of the public.

We may request evidence of registration or licensing before accepting an order and may decline any order at our discretion.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and provided for reference only. Firm pricing is confirmed in a written quotation, which is valid for the period stated in that quotation.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, delivery and any duties or charges applicable in the destination market.

An order is accepted only when we issue a written confirmation. Availability is subject to stock and supplier allocation at the time of confirmation.

Product images and descriptions are for identification purposes; packaging and presentation may vary by batch or manufacturer.

We will use reasonable efforts to meet confirmed lead times. Delivery dates are estimates and are not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing.

Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Title passes when payment has been received in full.

Cold chain consignments are shipped under validated, temperature-monitored conditions. Customers must inspect goods on arrival and place them into appropriate storage without delay.

Shortages, damage or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Medicinal products may only be returned with our prior written authorisation and where regulatory requirements for returned stock are satisfied.

Customers must cooperate fully with any recall or withdrawal and maintain records sufficient to identify onward supply of affected batches.

Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or in the agreed account terms. We reserve the right to suspend supply where an account is overdue.

Customers are responsible for holding and maintaining all licences, authorisations and import permissions required to receive, store and supply the goods in their territory.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for the goods supplied under that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit.
